- Full-time, remote position
- Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI
- Standard business hours with deadlines and cross-functional coordination
- Primarily computer-based work in a home office environment
What You’ll Do
- Own assigned product or feature-level KPIs and manage features across varying levels of scope and complexity
- Define minimum viable product (MVP), own and manage the scrum team backlog (grooming, prioritization, and refinement)
- Work closely with scrum teams to clarify business requirements, remove roadblocks, and align on product strategy
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure user stories are clear, scope is delivered, and open issues are resolved quickly
- Analyze feasibility, cost, and business impact of planned or potential programs and product changes
- Develop and uphold quality standards by writing acceptance criteria, reviewing and accepting stories, and participating in demos and retrospectives
- Coordinate delivery plans, testing, training, and support with cross-functional partners
- Stay current on agile methodologies, product best practices, and relevant industry standards
- Build strong working relationships with team members, leadership, and internal and external stakeholders
- Support problem resolution to ensure internal and external customers receive prompt, efficient service
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience in Product Development and/or Product Management
- Fintech and/or financial services experience is a plus
- Comfort with database, internet, project management, spreadsheet, and word processing software
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
- Strong communication skills with the ability to respond to inquiries from customers, regulators, and business stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate situations where standardization is limited
- Ability to interpret and act on instructions delivered in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Reliability under deadlines, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt productively to change
