- Cross-functional work with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for launches and major product enhancements
Translate technical features into benefit-driven messaging for both Enterprise and SMB audiences
Create positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation assets that sharpen the story
Coordinate internal enablement with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to drive alignment
Build launch campaigns with the content creator and growth marketer across multiple channels
Produce enablement materials like battle cards, sales scripts, and sales aids
Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform strategy and decisions
Track adoption, engagement, and retention KPIs and refine GTM plans based on results
What You Need
3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably in product marketing
Proven track record launching products or features and driving internal GTM alignment
Strong writing and messaging chops, including enablement assets for Sales and CS teams
Experience marketing to both Enterprise and SMB audiences with clear segmentation thinking
Comfort using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and related enablement or analytics platforms
Ability to manage multiple launches at once without losing the plot
Field services industry experience preferred (HVAC, electrical, pest, landscaping, etc.)
Benefits
Salary range: $81,000 to $103,000
