- Full-time, remote role within the United States

- Collaboration with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business stakeholders) in an agile environment
What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver the product roadmap within your area, from discovery through release
- Translate business needs into clear, well-structured user stories and requirements in an agile setup
- Partner closely with engineering to define priorities, clarify scope, and remove blockers
- Manage and prioritize the product and maintenance backlog to ensure a steady flow of high-value work
- Guide stakeholders through feature releases, integration, and migration activities
- Perform user acceptance testing to validate functionality and quality
- Communicate status, priorities, and timelines for features, bugs, and enhancements to stakeholders and developers
- Make trade-off decisions between scope and schedule with a focus on outcomes and strategy alignment
- Balance stakeholder input, user needs, and overall product vision when prioritizing work
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Strong command of Agile fundamentals with a track record of driving execution in an agile environment
- Comfort working directly with technology leaders and engineers
- Exposure to high-level technology paradigms such as data flows, APIs, and services
- Excellent communication skills for working across teams and with non-technical stakeholders
- Preferred: healthcare experience, especially in healthcare revenue cycle or revenue integrity applications
- Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA, MHA)
- Preferred: experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
