ABOUT THE ROLE

As Trustly’s Product Manager, Consumer Experience you will build with a consumer-obsessed approach and strategy, focused on a world-class user experience. You will also work collaboratively to define UX best practices for merchants. Join an innovative and passionate Product team and help us change payments with open banking!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own roadmap and requirements for the user experience in order to increase conversion, drive adoption and satisfaction, and increase the frequency of use
  • Conduct user research and usability testing
  • Define and evangelize service presentation standards and best practices for the user experience of our merchants
  • Manage relationships with key merchants on product needs, and train our internal customer success team and external distribution partners
  • Propose, prioritize, and monitor A/B tests
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of product management or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree (MBA, MA, or MS) preferred
  • Experience in conceptualizing, defining, and creating best-in-class customer experiences
  • Experience in FinTech / online payments space, especially for checkout products
  • UX excellence DNA, obsessed with delighting users
  • Ability to apply user experience frameworks and metrics to the design and decision-making process
  • Experience in creating and conducting usability tests
  • Ability to prioritize and make mission-critical decisions with limited information
  • Adept in Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Experience working in a fast-moving scale-up 
  • Experience working with merchants on best practices

SALARY RANGE: $140,000 – $160,000
