Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Must reside in: Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina
- Weekends required
- Phone and computer-based work supporting process servers and internal teams
What You’ll Do
- Answer questions and resolve issues from active process servers employed or contracted with ABC Legal
- Oversee the distribution and dispatch of cases to process servers to ensure coverage and timely completion
- Work in Skye (ABC Legal’s in-house application) to monitor orders, ensure they’re dispatched properly, and track fulfillment
- Monitor process server status and performance to confirm they are in good standing and able to accept and complete work
- Obtain order status updates from Sheriff’s offices via phone, fax, court dockets, and other channels
- Collaborate with team members to identify broken processes or inefficiencies in daily workflows
- Resolve issues surfaced on the task board in Skye and help keep work moving smoothly
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus
- Previous experience in tech support preferred
- Familiarity with legal process is a plus, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Comfortable working remotely with consistent follow-through and reliable work habits
