- Full-time, remote role within the United States
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

What You’ll Do
- Call patients to review disease-specific medication titration recommendations from Cadence Nurse Practitioners
- Clearly explain medication changes, reinforce adherence, and answer patient questions within your scope
- Ensure every interaction reflects exceptional, patient-first service and aligns with partner health system goals
- Maintain accurate, detailed, HIPAA-compliant documentation of all patient interactions
- Help patients understand how their medications fit into their broader care plan and condition management
- Communicate promptly and empathetically with patients and care team members
- Own your workload, consistently meeting expectations, deliverables, and schedule requirements
What You Need
- Active Medical Assistant certification from an accredited association (AAMA, NHA, AMT, or NCCT)
- 5+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant
- Experience working in HIPAA-compliant environments and protecting patient confidentiality
- A secure, private home office setup with strong, stable Wi-Fi and dependable upload/download speeds
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow through with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance and schedule adherence to support consistent patient care
