Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- No weekends
- Training: Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4:00pm CT (2 weeks)
- Nesting: 2 weeks
- Production: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–8:00pm CT
- 100% attendance required during training
What You’ll Do
- Assist members and providers with prior authorization status updates
- Review medication inquiries and provider documentation
- Gather and enter accurate information into systems
- Communicate clearly and professionally with callers
- Manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
- Work independently and collaboratively
What You Need
- 1+ year healthcare, claims, or medical admin experience
- 2+ years call center or customer service experience
- Medical terminology knowledge
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Reliable wired internet (25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up)
- Own a 19” monitor (or larger), wired mouse, ethernet cable, and optional wired keyboard
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to commit to first 60 days without time off
Preferred
- Prior medication authorization experience
