Essential Job Functions
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives to introduce and position our Leadership, Individual Effectiveness and Culture solutions as critical tools for organizational growth.
- Conduct detailed client needs assessments to tailor engagements according to each client’s unique business challenges and leadership goals.
- Lead and facilitate design sprints and strategic sessions with clients to co-create customized solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Present tailored demonstrations of our solutions, emphasizing their impact and ROI to executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product teams to relay client feedback that informs future product developments and enhancements.
- Partner with sales to manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless transition and high client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in consultative sales and solutions consulting roles.
- 7+ years of experience in business consultancy or a related field such as corporate Business Development or Customer Success Strategy Development
- Bachelor of Science degree
