What You’ll Do
⦁ Schedule patient appointments and complete pre-registration in one or more software systems, meeting individual KPIs and daily goals
⦁ Verify insurance eligibility, confirm patient liability, and collect copays or financial obligations when required
⦁ Handle patient calls and client emails, log data for quality improvement, and complete follow-up calls and admin support as needed
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or GED
⦁ 6+ months registration experience and 6+ months customer service or outbound call center experience (hospital registration preferred)
⦁ HIPAA awareness, strong customer service and collections skills, ability to talk and type at the same time, and typing speed of at least 40 WPM
