- Full-time, remote role (eligible candidates must reside in Oregon, Idaho, or Washington)

What You’ll Do
- Confirm patient demographic and insurance information prior to service
- Communicate patient liability estimates and secure collections when appropriate
- Ensure accurate, complete registration data to support clinical and billing processes
- Provide best-in-class customer service, making registration stress-free and supportive
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards
What You Need
- High school diploma required; one year of post-high school business or college coursework preferred
- Minimum one year of customer service or public-facing role preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology (by exam)
- One of the following required:
- One year admitting, billing, or registration experience in healthcare
- Graduate of a vocational program in Medical Assistance, Medical Billing & Insurance, or related field
- Associate’s degree plus six months healthcare experience
- National Association of Healthcare Access Management Certification preferred
