What You’ll Do

⦁ Make outbound calls to clinical and fitness practitioners to raise awareness of ASH programs, encourage participation, and support recruiter outreach

⦁ Conduct first-touch calls for lower profile campaigns and invite practitioners to webinars, seminars, and field appointments as requested

⦁ Send recruitment materials, agreements, and links to practitioners using ASH systems and tools

⦁ Record all outreach and responses in the contact management database, working from daily and weekly call lists

⦁ Meet minimum outbound call requirements per day and per week while managing your time and follow up effectively

⦁ Field incoming queue calls during high volume or when other reps are unavailable

⦁ Research disconnected or incorrect contact information, perform internet lookups, and update inaccurate records in the Primus database

⦁ Use all available resources to answer common questions and route more complex issues to your manager for guidance

What You Need

⦁ Associate degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma required)

⦁ At least 6 months of experience in outbound or inbound call environments and or customer service

⦁ Strong verbal and telephone communication skills and a professional, clear speaking style

⦁ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working inside databases and internal systems

⦁ Organized, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under time sensitive projects and campaign deadlines

⦁ Confidence making outbound calls to practitioners, coordinating field appointments, and handling typical objections using provided scripts

⦁ Ability to handle inbound calls during peak times and shift gears as department needs change

⦁ Strong listening, problem solving, and teamwork skills with a commitment to confidentiality
