Schedule
- Remote position within the United States
- Part of the Administrative team supporting practitioner recruitment campaigns
- Standard hours set by management with call volume and outbound goals to meet weekly
- Remote training provided, with company equipment and a designated work from home setup required
- Reliable high speed internet required (minimum 50 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up; 100/20 recommended for video meetings)
What You’ll Do
⦁ Make outbound calls to clinical and fitness practitioners to raise awareness of ASH programs, encourage participation, and support recruiter outreach
⦁ Work off daily and weekly call lists to meet required outbound call metrics and support key and ongoing campaigns
⦁ Invite practitioners to webinars and seminars, share program information, and coordinate field appointments at the request of recruiters or practitioners
⦁ Send recruitment materials, record all contacts and outcomes in the contact management database, and update records based on research and follow up
⦁ Field incoming calls and faxes related to campaigns, nominations, and general practitioner inquiries, including covering queue calls during high volume periods or for absent reps
⦁ Conduct internet and database research when contact information is missing, inaccurate, or outdated, and help clean up records in internal systems
⦁ Use available tools and scripts to handle common questions and objections, escalating difficult issues to management as needed
What You Need
⦁ Associate degree or equivalent required; high school diploma required
⦁ At least 6 months of experience in outbound or inbound call environments and or customer service
⦁ Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly telephone manner
⦁ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working with databases and online research tools
⦁ Organized, results oriented mindset with the ability to manage time and work under time sensitive projects
⦁ Willingness and confidence to make outbound calls to practitioners, follow campaign scripts, and coordinate field appointments and follow up
⦁ Ability to handle inbound calls during peak times and support the team as call volume or priorities shift
⦁ Strong listening, problem solving, and relationship building skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
