Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S.)

What You’ll Do
- Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule and manage new and return appointments
- Maintain physician schedules for on-call, meetings, and vacations
- Register new patients, update insurance and demographic information
- Assist with daily revenue cycle operations and coordinate with billing/coding vendors
- Prepare, organize, and maintain patient charts and schedules
- Copy, send, and maintain records while protecting patient confidentiality
What You Need
- High school diploma required
- At least 6 months’ experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Experience in healthcare setting preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service focus and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Professional demeanor, written and verbal communication skills
