What You’ll Do
- Deliver closed loan files to investors based on required document bundles and stack delivery rules
- Manage and follow up on delivery pipelines and MERS pipelines to hit deadlines
- Oversee detitling of manufactured homes for Construction and Exception loans
- Image and upload missing documents into the system of record as needed
- Review agency and investor requirements, confirm overlays, and validate file compliance
- Complete MERS initial registrations and transfers per warehouse, investor, and servicer rules
- Track and codify post-insuring issues, escalate trends to leadership, and support improvements/training
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of mortgage experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of closing documentation
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- High urgency and follow-through (this role lives on deadlines)
Nice to Have
- 6+ months of loan delivery experience
- Familiarity with loan sale requirements across Conventional/HAMP, VA, FHA, and USDA products
- MERS experience
