Are you passionate about making a positive impact on individuals’ well-being? Mindoula Health is seeking enthusiastic Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator’s to join our Population Health Program team. As an Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in connecting with our members, providing education, and supporting them throughout their journey to better health.
Location: 100% Remote
Schedule: Work shifts: 11am – 7:30pm (MST, PST, EST, CST) not to exceed 40 hours weekly. Include up to 20% mornings and weekends if needed.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular outreach and engagement with members virtually (80-100 calls a day).
- Provide education on Mindoula’s programs, addressing questions.
- Assess members’ behavioral health needs and evaluate self-harm risk.
- Facilitate warm hand-offs to Case Managers for seamless transitions.
- Support members and team through resource development and outreach.
- Maintain accurate documentation for optimal member treatment.
- Complete case notes and data entry promptly.
- Represent Mindoula Health professionally and ethically.
- Offer suggestions for program improvement with respect and compassion.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve goals.
- Communicate clearly with members via phone and email.
- Respond positively to supervision for personal growth.
- Manage high-stress situations while maintaining healthy responses.
- Interact respectfully with members, fostering inclusivity.
- Assist with outreach efforts in Population Health and other programs.
- Perform additional assigned duties, embracing growth opportunities.
Education & Work Experience:
- Required:
- Previous experience in sales, outreach, customer service, engagement, call center and/or enrollment campaigns.
- Proficiency in data entry and database management.
- Minimum of 6+ months experience in a high-volume call center position.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite (calendar, docs, sheets, slides, etc.) and with Apple Products.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to think critically and problem-solve independently are required.
- Preferred:
- An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience in the behavioral health or healthcare field.
- Experience working with high-risk, complex adults.
- Completion of Crisis Intervention Training/Crisis Training.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems.
