This role is for someone who loves clean processes, tight documentation, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll support the Pharmacy Network team by running key workflows in credentialing, compliance, and escalations, basically keeping the network engine humming.

- Work is deadline-driven (credentialing cycles, expirations, SLAs, escalations)
What You’ll Do
Pharmacy Credentialing
- Support end-to-end screening and credentialing for new and existing pharmacy partners
- Audit applications and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with URAC and SmithRx standards
- Perform primary source verification for licensure, insurance, and accreditations
- Run screenings against federal exclusion lists (OIG and GSA/SAM)
- Manage credentialing and recredentialing admin tasks, including documentation prep, standardized requests, and data entry
- Track submission and expiration dates and follow up with pharmacies to keep renewals on time
- Provide stakeholder updates on credentialing progress, risks, and network health
- Maintain clean records, spreadsheets, and digital files using established naming and filing rules
Network Operations
- Triage and manage incoming communications in the Pharmacy Network Distribution inbox
- Own the Pharmacy Network Jira board, routing tasks to the right teams to hit SLAs
- Help resolve escalations by gathering info, coordinating with internal partners, and managing follow-up communications
- Support the network satisfaction survey process (prep questions, distribute, track responses, translate feedback into actions)
- Provide day-to-day admin/clerical support as needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college or certification is a plus)
- 1–2 years of administrative support experience, ideally in healthcare, compliance, or credentialing
- Strong organization and attention to detail, comfortable juggling priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Workspace + Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Sheets)
- Ability to learn tools like Jira quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication for internal and external coordination
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to problem-solve independently
- Comfortable escalating issues when needed and suggesting process improvements
