- Full time, remote position
- Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI
- Standard office hours with deadlines and time sensitive work
- Primarily computer based work with significant time spent sitting, typing, and on the phone
What You’ll Do
- Review dealer files and supporting documents to identify risks at the dealer level and document your findings
- Assist with reviewing and analyzing dealers for reactivation and for potential termination or changes in stipulations or special handling status
- Conduct reviews on selected dealer accounts and present clear overviews and recommendations to department managers
- Update internal systems and reports to keep all teams informed of dealer and account status in line with company policies and procedures
- Assist with quarterly audits of internal special program dealer accounts
- Help review, analyze, and recommend approval or denial for dealers to be added to or removed from special programs such as Pre or Full VAP, P plus, and Stage Funding
- Support escalated dispute resolution by organizing documents and contacting dealers and customers as needed
- Handle escalated dealer issues and coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure clear communication and resolution
- Communicate with dealers by phone and email regarding verifications, files, and documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What You Need
- Associate degree in business, finance, communication, or a related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 or more years of experience in a comparable field
- Comfortable working in a deadline driven environment with the ability to concentrate, follow direction, and adapt productively to change
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write clear routine reports and professional correspondence
- Confident speaking with groups of customers or employees when needed
- Strong common sense, with the ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions and apply sound judgment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others while managing your own workload
