- Full-time, remote position
- Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI
- Standard business hours in a home-office setting
- Computer-based role with significant time spent reviewing documentation and communicating by phone and email
What You’ll Do
- Review dealer files and supporting documents to identify potential risks at the dealer level
- Coordinate and participate in reviews of dealers for reactivation and ongoing eligibility
- Conduct detailed reviews of selected dealer accounts for possible termination, changes to stipulations, or special handling program updates
- Present clear summaries and recommendations on internal dealer programs to department managers
- Update internal systems and reports to keep all teams informed of dealer account changes in line with company policies and procedures
- Assist with quarterly audits of special program dealer accounts as directed
- Review, analyze, and recommend the approval or denial of dealers for inclusion in programs such as Pre/Full VAP, P+, and Stage Funding
- Help organize documents and support escalated dispute resolution by contacting dealers and customers
- Handle escalated dealer issues while coordinating with other departments to ensure full communication
- Communicate with dealers via phone and email regarding verifications, files, and documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned while meeting deadlines, maintaining accuracy, and adapting to change
What You Need
- Associate degree in business, finance, communication, or a similar field and 1+ year of related experience
- OR 3+ years of experience in a comparable field without a degree
- Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and internet-based software
- Ability to read and interpret policies, instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong written communication skills for routine reports and professional correspondence
- Confident verbal communication skills, including speaking with groups of customers or employees
- Solid judgment and common-sense problem solving, with the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Reliability under deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well with others, take direction, and remain productive under changing conditions
