- Full-time, remote position
- Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI
- Standard office hours with deadlines and time-sensitive reviews
- Primarily computer-based work in a home office environment
What You’ll Do
- Review dealer files and supporting documentation to identify risk at the dealer level
- Analyze and document findings on dealers being considered for reactivation, termination, or changes to stipulations or special handling programs
- Conduct reviews on selected dealer accounts and make recommendations regarding special programs such as Pre/Full VAP, P+, and Stage Funding
- Present clear, concise overviews and recommendations on internal dealer programs to department managers
- Update internal systems and reports to ensure account status and changes are accurately communicated across teams
- Assist with quarterly audits of internal special-program dealer accounts
- Help review, analyze, and recommend approval or denial for dealer inclusion or removal from special programming
- Support escalated dispute resolution by organizing documents, contacting dealers and customers, and coordinating internally
- Handle escalated dealer issues while ensuring strong cross-department communication
- Communicate via phone and email with dealers regarding verifications, dealer files, and supporting documents
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
What You Need
- Associate degree in business, finance, communication, or a related field and 1 year of experience in a comparable role
- OR 3 years of experience in a comparable field without a degree
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and internet-based software
- Ability to read and interpret policies, instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong written communication skills for reports and routine correspondence
- Confident verbal communication skills, including speaking with groups of customers or employees
- Solid judgment and common-sense problem solving, with the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Reliability in meeting deadlines, maintaining accuracy, and adapting productively to change
- Ability to work well with others, take direction, and handle the stress of a deadline-driven environment
