We are a remote first, B2B Global Software company headquartered in the Boston (USA) area, developing the most unique and patented AI/ML Software to optimize the performance of Battery Packs across a wide range of industries. Initially, we are focusing on deploying our technology in the Automotive sector worldwide, commercial and passenger electric vehicles, with future growth opportunities from other sectors in Aerospace, Robotics, Grids and others.

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking HR Assistant to handle full cycle recruiting, new hire orientation, HR social media posts and other HR administrative projects and duties. You will be responsible for working with hiring managers, writing job descriptions, posting job openings online, reviewing rsums, screening potential candidates, setting up interviews, sending offer letters and onboarding new employees. You will be the face of Electra Vehicles to all candidates!
To be successful in this role, you have to be comfortable working remotely, have a strong interest in recruitment, excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and the desire to learn. Our flexible, and fast paced start-up requires employees to adapt quickly and take on several high priority responsibilities. We will encourage you to fully participate in all aspects of the team’s projects and there is always the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as your skills grow.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the talent acquisition process and pipeline in Breezy HR
- Place job postings and source candidates
- Communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews
- Work with senior leadership team to assess candidates and lead candidates through the hiring process including job offers and onboarding
- Assist with updating our onboarding process and conduct onboarding for new hires
- Be responsible for of a variety of People Team reports
- Manage the People Team’s LinkedIn and Twitter social media content
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks as they arise
Skills & Abilities:
- Creative, passionate, and adaptable
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Experience with or the ability to quickly learn Breezy HR (applicant tracking system), human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications
- Previous administrative and human resources experience preferred
Logistics:
- Fully remote with potential for occasional in-person meet-ups
- Ideally available 40 hours a week
- Availability within M-F 8:30 -5:30 ET preferred
