What You’ll Do
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Own onboarding from tech setup to training coordination
- Coordinate communications, access, documentation, and support
- Handle thoughtful, compliant offboarding processes
Compliance & Systems
- Maintain federal/state employment compliance and audit-ready docs
- Manage HR platforms and ensure data accuracy
- Partner with Legal & Finance on I-9s, policies, and records
Procurement & Vendors
- Manage equipment, software, and vendor relationships
- Track renewals, inventory, and People Ops budgets
Recruiting Coordination
- Schedule interviews + manage candidate communication
- Support hiring managers and track recruiting metrics
General People Operations
- Assist with payroll inputs, benefits, and employee programs
- Support internal events, offsites, and communications
- Proactively optimize processes for scale and employee experience
What You Need
- 2+ years in People Ops, HR, recruiting coordination, or admin ops
- Experience with HR tools (Notion, Gusto, Deel, Ashby or similar)
- Strong organization + communication skills
- Comfort handling sensitive info confidentially
- Bias toward ownership, detail, and speed
Bonus
