Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Must meet weekly payroll and compliance deadlines
- Overtime required during peak periods
What You’ll Do
- Process weekly clinician timesheets using both manual and electronic submissions
- Review hours and pay data; identify and reconcile discrepancies
- Communicate with clinicians via text, phone, and email to resolve payroll issues
- Troubleshoot payroll concerns and propose process improvements
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and uphold compliance standards
- Support internal teams and mentor new Payroll Specialists
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Sound judgment and the ability to make independent decisions
- Previous payroll experience preferred
- Willingness to work overtime when required
