Responsibilities
- Maintain professional knowledge of all payroll legislative changes
- Correspondence w/ local accountants
- Work closely with HR team members to manage enhancements to processes and legislation
- Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed
- Gather information on global payroll
- Formatting of payroll file upload to Netsuite
- Maintaining payroll procedures
- Ensure 100% of team members are paid timely!
- Conducting pre-payroll audits and checks
Qualifications ?
- Great communications and presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of global payroll.
- Intermediate proficiency with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel/Google sheet.
- Adherence to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for payroll deliverables.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, vendors, and associates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain an organized structure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed environment where adaptability is imperative.
- Accurate with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Previous experience using NetSuite is a plus
