  • The Payroll Administrator will assist in processing the Company’s payroll.
  • This role requires a passion for processes and organization, as well as the desire to have a positive impact on our fast-growing workforce.
  • This role will be remote and will report to the Director of Payroll Operations in Boston.

Responsibilities:

  • Process the bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication
  • Research and respond to notifications and requests in the Payroll Inbox
  • Prepare payroll journal entries
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end processes
  • Provide support for various audits
  • Partner with the Finance and People teams to ensure smooth and timely payroll processing

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of payroll processing experience
  • Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills
  • Some knowledge of state and federal tax laws and implications on payroll
  • Working knowledge of payroll/HR governance regulations, policies, etc.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
