- The Payroll Administrator will assist in processing the Company’s payroll.
- This role requires a passion for processes and organization, as well as the desire to have a positive impact on our fast-growing workforce.
- This role will be remote and will report to the Director of Payroll Operations in Boston.
Responsibilities:
- Process the bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication
- Research and respond to notifications and requests in the Payroll Inbox
- Prepare payroll journal entries
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end processes
- Provide support for various audits
- Partner with the Finance and People teams to ensure smooth and timely payroll processing

Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills
- Some knowledge of state and federal tax laws and implications on payroll
- Working knowledge of payroll/HR governance regulations, policies, etc.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
