This role is for somebody who can be the calm, capable “go-to” for payroll and HR clients. You’re the main point of contact, you process payroll with zero drama, manage tax accounts, troubleshoot workflows, and keep clients happy enough to stay and grow.

AE Perkins supports multiple operating companies, including Workforce Go!. In this role, you’ll support Workforce Go! clients across their HCM and payroll products and services.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Workforce Go! clients
- Manage relationships to support retention and growth
- Build deep product knowledge across Workforce Go! HCM tools, workflows, and integrations
- Process payrolls with 100% accuracy and on-time delivery each pay period
- Manage payroll tax calculations and tax account administration as needed
- Act as a subject matter expert for payroll, HR, time and labor management, accounting, tax, and money movement
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow internal/external compliance rules
- Recommend and help develop team procedures and policies to improve efficiency
- Analyze client challenges, recommend solutions, and support special projects as assigned
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related professional experience
- 5+ years in payroll or HR outsourcing
- Client service / relationship management experience (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication + solid email etiquette
- Strong time management: able to juggle multiple priorities independently and hit deadlines
- Analytical problem-solver: gather info, test solutions, and communicate clearly
- Comfortable handling difficult client situations tactfully
- Team-first mindset (you collaborate without needing your hand held)
- Proficient with Google tools and web-based business software
- Strong knowledge of payroll/HR outsourcing compliance requirements
- CPP or FPC preferred
