Schedule
Full-time remote role
Pay: $30 per hour
Rotating on-call duties required
What You’ll Do
Investigate daily exception cases and prioritize based on level of risk
Monitor transactions and identify high-risk patterns
Differentiate legitimate business activity from potential fraud
Escalate suspicious activity to protect the company and clients
Build strong relationships with customers, banking partners, and vendors
Maintain and update fraud-related reports and documentation
Support compliance and risk management projects
Stay informed about industry fraud trends
Complete additional duties as assigned
What You Need
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Intermediate Excel skills preferred
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, client-facing)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working independently and referencing documented resources
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
OR 3+ years of experience in payments, AML, or risk management
Background in banking, insurance, risk, or compliance preferred
