What You’ll Do
- Support enterprise-wide payment system implementations (planning, coordination, go-lives, stabilization)
- Coordinate activities for vendor migrations and payment vendor transitions
- Help run go-live readiness work like Technical Dress Rehearsals (TDR) and “Walk the Walls”
- Assist with building business-as-usual processes after implementations
- Support device lifecycle work: replacing legacy PCI/payment devices and deploying new units
- Track PCI compliance workstreams and help drive remediation for non-compliance
- Assist with enterprise reporting and compliance documentation
- Coordinate merchant account requests, device ordering, and provisioning of web-based payment apps
- Support quarterly user access audits and other compliance activities
- Track and maintain device inventories across markets
- Help with training materials, documentation, and leadership reporting
- Prepare materials for business reviews and compliance meetings
- Support regional/market projects like device rollouts, cost recovery, credentialing, and local compliance initiatives
- Work with stakeholders across Treasury leadership, cybersecurity, IT, market leaders, and external vendors
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Healthcare Administration (required)
- 3+ years of relevant experience (required)
- Strong professionalism and a customer-service mindset
- Comfort working with audits, compliance tracking, and sensitive financial processes
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and priorities in a project-heavy environment
