What You’ll Do
- Support onboarding for new clients
- Complete payer enrollments and revalidations by deadlines
- Follow up on claim submission problems and eligibility issues
- Retrieve and address ERA-related issues
- Build relationships with client decision-makers and serve as a point of contact for assigned accounts
- Help internal and external teams with implementation issues and billing inquiries as needed
- Navigate Digitech’s software to run reports, review payment posting details, and locate claims in the system
- Collaborate with Billing, Project Management, and Client Relations teams
What You Need
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to report status and progress
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to learn new systems and understand workflows quickly
- Calm, professional phone presence and customer-facing communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting solutions clearly
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Preferred: EMS experience or medical terminology familiarity
- Preferred: knowledge of lockboxes
- Strongly preferred: experience with ticketing systems
