What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, handling complex and sensitive inquiries with empathy
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure timely resolutions and a seamless patient experience
- Contribute to improving workflows and processes to make care more accessible
What You Need
- 2+ years in patient advocacy or high-volume support, preferably in healthcare or mental health
- Strong judgment, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Experience handling escalations and documenting workflows
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Tech fluency with platforms like Google Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, or EHR systems (preferred)
