Schedule
- Full-time
- 100% Remote (U.S.-based only; Washington state residents not eligible)
- Standard business hours; no weekend shifts
What You’ll Do
- Support patients through phone and email on complex or sensitive issues
- Liaise between patients and clinical teams to ensure timely resolution
- Troubleshoot concerns with sound judgment and empathy
- Update documentation and workflows to improve support systems
- Help identify patterns and recommend process improvements to enhance patient experience
What You Need
- 2+ years in patient support, advocacy, or high-volume customer service (preferably healthcare or mental health)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience resolving escalated or sensitive client issues
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with platforms like Google Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, and EHRs (preferred)
- Experience in startups or cross-functional teams is a plus
