Schedule
- Full-time, steady-state role (no set end date)
- No weekends
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Pacific
- Production: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific

What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
- Process referrals and prescription renewals with accurate documentation and follow-through
- Communicate with providers via phone, email, or secure portal messaging
- Scan, upload, and organize documents in patient charts
- Flag escalations and updates to call center leadership
- Protect patient confidentiality and handle health info with care
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year call center customer service experience
- Job stability (at least one year per role)
- Strong privacy awareness and comfort handling sensitive information remotely
- Clear, positive written and verbal communication (you’ll document in patient records)
- Ability to use guides and job aids quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working across multiple systems/screens while staying engaged with patients
- Quiet, secure home workspace and reliable high-speed internet
Benefits
- $16.00/hr during training and nesting
- $16.50/hr in production
- Bonus opportunities: earn up to $2/hr more during training and nesting based on metrics (QA, accuracy, schedule adherence, attendance)
