Schedule
• Fully remote, full-time “steady state” role (no pre-set end date)
• No weekends
• Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm Pacific Time
• Production: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Pacific Time

What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
• Process referrals and prescription renewals with accurate documentation and timely follow-up
• Communicate with providers via phone, email, or secure clinical portal messaging
• Scan, upload, and organize documents within patient charts
• Escalate issues and updates to call center leadership as needed
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow privacy standards at all times
What You Need
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of call center customer service experience
• Stable work history (at least 1 year per role preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation in patient records
• Comfort using multiple systems/screens while actively engaging patients on calls
• Ability to follow job aids and apply resources quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Home setup: quiet, dedicated workspace with the ability to secure protected information
• Approved high-speed internet connection
Benefits
• Base pay: $16.00/hr during training and nesting; $16.50/hr in production
• Bonus potential: earn up to $2/hr more during training/nesting based on attendance and performance (potential up to $18/hr during that period)
