Training: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Pacific Time
Production: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time
Full time, steady state role (no predetermined end date)
No weekend work required

What You’ll Do

⦁ Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
⦁ Verify insurance eligibility, update patient records, and ensure accurate documentation
⦁ Process referrals and prescription renewal requests, coordinating follow ups with clinical teams
⦁ Communicate with providers by phone, email, and secure clinical portal messaging
⦁ Scan, upload, and organize documents in patient charts while protecting confidentiality
⦁ Flag issues, escalate concerns, and keep call center leadership informed
⦁ Support additional tasks as assigned to keep patient access running smoothly

What You Need

⦁ High School Diploma or equivalent
⦁ 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment
⦁ One year or more of tenure per role (shows stability and follow through)
⦁ Comfort handling sensitive information and following privacy requirements in a remote setting
⦁ Strong verbal and written communication skills, because you’ll document directly in patient records
⦁ Ability to use job aids, resources, and guides quickly in a fast paced environment
⦁ Confidence navigating multiple systems and screens while staying engaged on the phone
⦁ A quiet, dedicated home workspace with the ability to secure protected information
⦁ Approved high speed internet connection

Benefits

⦁ $16.00 per hour during training and nesting, $16.50 per hour in production
⦁ Bonus opportunities during training and nesting (potentially up to $18.00 per hour based on performance and attendance)
