Schedule
• Fully remote (U.S.)
• Full-time, steady state role (no pre-determined end date)
• No weekends
• Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Pacific Time
• Production: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time
• Pay: Weekly
What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records accurately
• Process referral requests and prescription renewals, coordinating with clinical teams for follow-up
• Communicate updates, issues, and escalations to call center leadership
• Scan, upload, and organize documents within patient charts while protecting patient confidentiality
What You Need
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment
• At least one year of tenure per job role, showing reliability and consistency
• Ability to navigate multiple systems/screens while staying engaged with patients on the phone
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (you’ll document directly in patient records)
• A quiet, designated home workspace and approved high-speed internet
Benefits
• $16.00/hr during training and nesting
• $16.50/hr during production
• Weekly pay
