As a Patient Support Representative, you act as the bridge between patients and clinical teams, making sure appointments, referrals, and messages do not fall through the cracks. You bring the empathy and accuracy. They provide the tools, training, and workflows.

Schedule

What You’ll Do

⦁ Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, or confirm patient appointments
⦁ Verify patient insurance eligibility and update records as needed
⦁ Process referral requests and prescription renewals, coordinating with clinical teams for follow up
⦁ Relay messages between patients and providers through phone, email, and secure clinical portals
⦁ Scan, upload, and organize documents in patient charts while maintaining strict confidentiality
⦁ Document all interactions clearly and accurately in the appropriate systems
⦁ Communicate issues or trends to call center leadership and support additional tasks as assigned

What You Need

⦁ High school diploma or equivalent
⦁ At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment
⦁ Solid job stability, with at least one year of tenure in prior roles
⦁ Ability to handle sensitive patient and account information in line with privacy regulations
⦁ Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills for charting and patient interactions
⦁ Comfort navigating multiple systems, tools, and screens while speaking with patients
⦁ A quiet, private home workspace where you can secure protected information
⦁ Reliable high-speed internet connection
⦁ Preferred: experience with high call volumes, appointment scheduling, EMR systems (especially EPIC), and basic medical terminology
⦁ Preferred: two external monitors for more efficient multitasking

Benefits

⦁ Base pay of 16.00 dollars per hour for training and nesting
⦁ 16.50 dollars per hour in production
⦁ Bonus opportunities during the 4 week training and 2 week nesting period that can take your effective rate up to 18.00 dollars per hour when metrics are met
⦁ Weekly pay
⦁ Fully remote, Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends
⦁ Hands-on experience in patient access, scheduling, and care coordination that builds your healthcare resume
