Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
- Start date: December 1, 2025
- Monday–Friday, shifts between 7am–9pm CST (8-hour shift)
- Two paid 15-minute breaks + 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Phone-based work with a set schedule
What You’ll Do
- Make and receive calls to assist medical equipment patients with reorders
- Support orders, billing inquiries, and general account questions
- Work across email and chat as needed
- Stay on schedule and meet performance goals
- Enter patient information accurately while navigating multiple software systems
- Handle 20–25 calls per hour and meet quality standards
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant workspace and internet speeds
What You Need
- High school diploma
- 1+ year customer service experience
- 1+ year sales experience
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple applications and multitask
- Hard-wired internet connection (20 upload / 30 download minimum)
- Comfortable working independently and hitting daily metrics
Preferred:
- Associate degree or college coursework
- Call center experience
- Bilingual Spanish
