Schedule
- Remote position
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern, or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Call center style environment with clear performance metrics and expectations
- Requires comfort working independently in a home office setting
What You’ll Do
- Provide courteous, professional support to patients via phone, email, and chat, resolving questions and issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems, assist with rescheduling appointments, and guide patients through using Cadence technology and devices.
- Educate patients on the features and benefits of Cadence products so they can get the most from remote monitoring.
- Conduct follow up outreach to ensure issues are fully resolved and gather feedback on the patient experience.
- Execute patient engagement and retention initiatives that keep patients active in the program.
- Escalate complex clinical or technical concerns to the appropriate care delivery teams to ensure safe, timely resolution.
What You Need
- Multi channel help desk or customer support experience where you interact directly with consumers by phone, email, and SMS.
- Background in a customer facing healthcare environment such as advocacy, health systems, or insurance.
- Experience working with Medicare patients and navigating the healthcare system is a plus.
- Prior remote work experience in a metrics driven role with comfort meeting performance targets.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, including asking good probing questions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a patient, empathetic tone.
- Openness to feedback, willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to help people feel supported.
