What You’ll Do
- Resolve inbound and outbound patient calls with a focus on first-call resolution
- Assist with account questions, billing statements, payment plans, and insurance details
- Work across multiple EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.)
- Research account information and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Support and mentor new hires after onboarding
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year in a healthcare call center environment
- Knowledge of healthcare billing terms and medical codes (HIPAA, EOBs, ICD-10, CPT, etc.)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
