Schedule

- Day shifts: Monday to Friday
- Must be available for rotating 4th weekends
What You’ll Do
- Provide full-service patient scheduling and communications for assigned healthcare clients
- Handle high-volume inbound calls (expect 80+ back-to-back calls per shift)
- Use EMR/EHR systems to schedule, document, and communicate accurately
- Communicate with strong urgency, clear phone etiquette, and legible written notes
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant practices while working from home
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: 2 years of high-volume medical scheduling experience in a call center environment
- Required: 2 years of recent medical office experience
- Required: EMR/EHR experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (clear, concise, correct spelling)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong technical comfort on a desktop computer
- A private, noise-free, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
- Must reside in the continental United States
- Must have a cell phone for two-factor authentication

- Monitor: 22-inch or larger (dual monitors recommended)
- Webcam required
- Internet: Cable or Satellite only (no WiFi or hotspots), wired Ethernet connection required
- Minimum speed: 60 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload
- Headset: USB wired HP/Poly Blackwire or Plantronics Blackwire 3320 (two required)
