What You’ll Do
⦁ Serve as the first point of contact for patients, primarily by phone, with empathy, discretion, and follow-through
⦁ Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls for support, service recovery, scheduling, and care coordination
⦁ Resolve escalated concerns, complaints, or grievances using service recovery protocols and escalate when needed
⦁ Document patient interactions accurately in Zendesk and the EHR
⦁ Act as a patient advocate and cross-department liaison to drive timely solutions
⦁ Identify patterns and opportunities to improve the patient journey, and share feedback with leadership
⦁ Protect confidentiality and uphold PHI standards across all systems and communications
⦁ Show up with compassion, accountability, respect, integrity, and trust (their core values)

What You Need
⦁ 5+ years in a high-touch, patient-facing role (healthcare or similar)
⦁ 2+ years using Zendesk (or comparable ticketing tool)
⦁ 2+ years using Athena (or comparable EHR)
⦁ 2+ years using Google Workspace (required)
⦁ Strong verbal + written communication and proven de-escalation skills
⦁ Strong judgment and decision-making in real-time, emotionally charged situations
⦁ Bilingual (Spanish or other language) is a plus
