Schedule
- Full-time, 40-hour work week
- Monday–Friday shifts, 100% remote
- Must be comfortable with time-sensitive, real-time scheduling demands
What You’ll Do
- Respond to patient replies via SMS, email, and phone regarding reschedule notifications
- Modify, cancel, and rebook appointments in AthenaHealth following scheduling protocols
- Apply scheduling logic across appointment types, time zones, and clinician availability
- Monitor and resolve scheduling-related Zendesk tickets and Slack communications
- Coordinate with the Scheduler team to manage open time blocks, waitlists, and escalations
- Complete additional administrative or operations tasks as assigned
What You Need
- 3–5 years of healthcare operations or patient services experience
- At least 2 years of experience with AthenaHealth and Zendesk
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital health or virtual care
- Familiarity with clinical scheduling workflows and patient coordination best practices
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
