Insight Global partners with healthcare providers to deliver staffing solutions nationwide. This role supports outpatient services by handling patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and payment processes—all while working 100% remotely.
Schedule
- Remote role based in Augusta, GA
- Contract-to-perm opportunity
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
What You’ll Do
- Interview patients or representatives to obtain demographic, insurance, and financial information
- Register patients in the system and confirm physician orders for requested services
- Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage details to patients
- Collect co-pays, balance daily collection logs, and maintain accurate billing notes
- Contact patients prior to visits regarding payment arrangements
- Troubleshoot registration errors with IT/EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with company and rehab registration policies
What You Need
- Experience in insurance verification, scheduling, and patient registration
- Customer service background with strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Epic (required)
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
- Professional and compassionate phone etiquette
Nice to Have
- Prior scheduling experience in imaging/diagnostic services
