Schedule
⦁ Fully remote work from home position with a dedicated, quiet office space.
⦁ Schedule flexibility with alternating coverage between 9 am and 9 pm EST.
⦁ Must live within 45 minutes of a major airport in the designated territory (East, Central, Mountain, or Pacific).
⦁ Must be able to attend in person onboarding training for 3 days.
⦁ Travel required up to 50 percent of the time, including overnight trips.

What You’ll Do

⦁ Work closely with patients, caregivers, and providers to help patients gain and maintain access to specialty therapies.
⦁ Partner with specialty pharmacies, nursing agencies, and the hub team to coordinate reimbursement, product delivery, and supplies for home therapy.
⦁ Provide information on reimbursement options and financial assistance programs to support patient affordability.
⦁ Help resolve ongoing reimbursement issues such as insurance changes and prior authorizations, coordinating with payers and internal teams as needed.
⦁ Maintain detailed case histories in the CRM system for all assigned patients and ensure documentation is current and accurate.
⦁ Answer patient and medical office inquiries related to access and reimbursement, and help resolve barriers to treatment.
⦁ Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives and Market Access teams to support patient and provider needs.
⦁ Provide ongoing support through regular calls and occasional in person meetings with patients and caregivers.
⦁ Assist with patient access requests and guide patients through application processes for support programs.

What You Need

⦁ Master’s degree in Social Work preferred.
⦁ Licensed Social Worker or equivalent experience.
⦁ Minimum 3 years of reimbursement experience preferred, including benefits investigation, prior authorization, medical benefit, and Medicaid exposure.
⦁ Required bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
⦁ Strong listening, written, and analytical skills, with the ability to explain complex access and reimbursement concepts clearly.
⦁ Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
⦁ Strong customer care skills, leadership, and interpersonal communication.
⦁ Flexibility, attention to detail, and comfort adapting to changing priorities and program needs.
⦁ Ability to meet goals and objectives in a remote, field based role while complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
