Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Coverage required between 8am–8pm EST
- Must attend in-person onboarding (3 days)
- Up to 50 percent overnight travel
- Must live within 45 minutes of a major airport
Responsibilities
- Work closely with patients, caregivers, and providers to help patients start and stay on therapy
- Assist with reimbursement coverage through specialty pharmacies and hub services
- Explain benefit options, financial assistance programs, and access pathways
- Coordinate home therapy transitions, including infusion pharmacy and nursing support
- Maintain detailed case documentation in the CRM system
- Resolve ongoing reimbursement issues such as insurance changes or prior authorization needs
- Collaborate with Field Sales and Market Access teams
- Respond to patient and office inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Provide access support, application guidance, and educational resources
- Make regular outbound calls and schedule follow-up touchpoints with patients
- Maintain consistent attendance and complete additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, health sciences, public policy, or related field)
- Minimum 3 years reimbursement experience (benefits investigation, prior authorization, Medicaid/medical benefit)
- Licensed Social Worker or equivalent experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to adapt to change and maintain confidentiality
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and customer-care instincts
- Dedicated, distraction-free home office
- Ability to travel up to 50 percent
