Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Assigned shifts between 8:00am and 9:00pm ET
- Weekly pay
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients and members
- Provide benefit and eligibility details
- Schedule and confirm medical appointments
- Process referrals, authorizations, and prescription requests
- Answer claims and billing questions
- Update member records with accuracy
- Coordinate with providers and internal teams
- Follow HIPAA privacy standards
- Escalate complex cases when needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year call center experience
- 1+ year healthcare or health insurance support
- Reliable work history and dependability
- Strong communication, multitasking, and system navigation skills
- Private home workspace and reliable high-speed internet
- Long-term commitment and desire to grow in the role
Preferred
- Appointment scheduling experience
- Familiarity with EMR/CRM systems (EPIC, Facets a plus)
- Knowledge of medical and insurance terms
