Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role
- Training provided with pay starting at $14/hour
- Schedules fall between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST (based on business needs)
- Weekly pay with performance-based increases after production
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for benefits, scheduling, and service coordination
- Provide accurate plan and eligibility information
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm provider appointments
- Process referrals, authorizations, renewals, billing inquiries, and claims support
- Document interactions in EMR or CRM systems
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of call center customer service experience
- 1+ year of healthcare or health insurance experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple systems while handling calls
- Quiet, designated home workspace with reliable internet
- Preferred: Familiarity with EMR/CRM systems (Epic, Facets, etc.), and medical/insurance terminology
