This is basically “client enablement” with money and insurance at the center. You’re the person who makes sure families understand benefits, sign the financial agreements, stay scheduled, and don’t fall off because the logistics got messy.

What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1–2 years using contact center tech
- 1–2 years handling customer financial conversations (health insurance + medical billing knowledge is a strong plus)
- Strong communication, high emotional intelligence, calm under pressure
- HIPAA knowledge
- U.S. work authorization and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Comfortable in Slack, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, EMR
Benefits
- Comprehensive benefits for full-time, exempt employees
- The posting doesn’t list a salary range here, so you’ll want to set a clean number when they ask “salary expectations.”
Real talk: this role will live or die on your ability to explain money clearly without sounding cold, and to stay organized when the queue is nonstop. If you’ve done billing-adjacent work, insurance verification, collections-lite, or any “walk people through a process while they’re stressed” job, you can frame that hard.
Happy Hunting,
