Full-time | Remote | Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. PST/CST/MST
What You’ll Do
- Call and enroll patients referred by partner physicians into Cadence’s remote care program.
- Clearly explain program details, benefits, and next steps while answering patient questions.
- Build trust and rapport with patients through empathetic communication and active listening.
- Schedule virtual appointments and coordinate follow-ups with the Care Team.
- Balance quality interactions with productivity goals, maintaining professionalism on every call.
- Document all activity accurately within CRM systems.
What You Need
- Experience working in healthcare services or patient engagement roles.
- Proven success conducting a high volume of outbound calls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence when speaking with patients.
- Comfort using CRM platforms and other communication tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a results-driven remote environment.
- Passion for improving patients’ lives and advancing modern care delivery.
