Rippl is hiring a Patient Enrollment Specialist to serve as the first voice new patients and caregivers hear when beginning their dementia care journey. This role focuses on outreach, onboarding, and engagement to ensure seniors and their families experience a seamless, compassionate start to Rippl’s dementia care programs.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.)
- Eligible states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA
- Shift options (based on business need):
- Mon–Thu 10:30am–7pm, Fri 11am–7:30pm
- Mon–Fri 10am–6:30pm
- Mon–Wed 10am–6:30pm, Thu–Fri 10:30am–7pm
- Pay range: $19 – $25 per hour (based on experience and location)
- Quarterly performance incentives
What You’ll Do
- Deliver a warm, “white glove” experience for patients and caregivers during onboarding
- Engage with new patients and families to encourage acceptance of Rippl’s care model
- Schedule first appointments and guide patients through paperwork and requirements
- Support inbound and outbound calls, email, fax, and e-referrals to answer patient questions
- Maintain accurate patient records and demographics in Salesforce and Athena (EHR)
- Ensure onboarding paperwork is complete, including POA and medical documents
- Collaborate with clinical care teams to transition new patients into active care pods
- Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and acceptance-rate metrics
What You Need
- 2+ years of healthcare experience required
- Experience in outreach, intake, engagement, medical reception, or customer service
- Strong skills in Salesforce, Athena, Google Suite, and cloud telephony systems
- Knowledge of medical and behavioral health terminology
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
- Comfortable in a high-speed, metrics-driven startup environment
