Pay: Starting at $18.81/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST + Saturday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM EST

What You’ll Do
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective or disconnected members to explain services and encourage enrollment
- Manage incoming calls, providing helpful responses and assistance with inquiries
- Enter and update member information in company databases
- Research member history to guide enrollment and retention efforts
- Answer member questions using both scripted and natural responses
- Report complaints or concerns to appropriate teams
- Support device troubleshooting and patient offboarding when required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all interactions
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in a health field preferred)
- 2+ years of related professional experience
- Experience with EHR/CRM systems preferred
- Comfort working with senior populations in home health, clinics, or similar settings
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for delivering excellent patient experiences
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
